We have been learning about the sea this term.  We went to the aquarium to learn all about the different sea creatures.  Look at our photos ...

Anna, Keelan, Louis and Xavier in a HUGE jaw at the National Aquarium of New Zealand.

Jacquie, a staff memeber at the aquarium, is telling us all about the effects of rubbish in our environment.

Our visit included choosing a fish to draw in detail.  This kept us very busy - we had to concentrate hard!

We loved the cheeky little penguins - they are so cute!

We were all able to see close up where the penguins live and how they are fed.

A hungry shark looking for something tasty to eat!

In the travelator - we were awestruck!

Kesiya and Faustina were amazed.

Some great thinking and talking going on here.

Looks like you had fun at the aquarium, learning about the sea and how plastic effects it.
